Title: 32 Hour Online EEO Investigator Certification Training
This course is for prospective EEO Investigators who are interested in becoming an EEO Investigator. This course exceeds EEOC’s requirements as prescribed in Chapter 6 of its Management Directive-110.
Are you interested in Interested in becoming a certified Federal EEO Investigator?
This course teaches the fundamentals of conducting EEO investigations. This course is designed for entry level investigators and teaches the basics of EEO law, theories of investigation, and Investigator tools and techniques for developing affidavits, conducting interviews, and developing investigative reports. This course satisfies the requirement for the 32-hour investigator training and investigators will receive a certificate of completion upon successfully passing the course. You will be a certified investigator at the conclusion of the training and eligible to apply to the Spectrum EEO professional development program.
