The purpose of the EEOC 8-hour Refresher is to provide seasoned investigators with the 8-hour annual required refresher training as mandated by the EEOC. This training presents investigative tools and techniques provides a review of the basics of EEO law and theories of discrimination as well as look at current EEO topics such as COVID-19 and recent Supreme Court decisions. Individuals who take the training immediately receive a certificate of completion at the end of the course via email/website download.
