Spectrum EEO is currently accepting applications for experienced contract EEO investigators, EEO Counselors, FAD writers, and project managers.  You must have extensive knowledge of Title VII, the ADEA, the ADA, the Rehabilitation Act, and the Equal Pay Act. Excellent writing and analytical skills are required. Degree preferred but not required.

 

You must have a PC running, at a minimum, Windows XP and a 2010 or more recent version of Microsoft Office (MS Word and Excel), a secure fax line, Broadband Internet Service (e-mail), and a telephone.
